I made a couple of Christmas tree party hats last year and they were a huge hit. I decided to make some to offer, these are crafted with paper party hats and glue. They will last a long time, but are not meant to get wet. Will be shipped in a box that will be good for storage as well. Original elastic along with added ribbon to tie in front of your ears is very comfortable and lightweight. This is the only one that I did all Peacock feathers!
